PAYMENT:
Payment can be made via credit card or check.  Advance payment must be received by the deadline date to qualify for the discount.

COST:
$ 5    RSVP early registration (payment by 2/4/2008)
$ 10  RSVP payment by 2/7/2008
$ 15  at-the-door (only if space available)
