- BayAsians is a social organization dedicated to serving Asians in
the Bay Area. The all volunteer group provides a platform for Bay Area Asians to organize
and participate in a variety of social, cultural, athletic, and community activities.
- NAAAP
San Francisco - NAAAP San Francisco
provides Asian American professionals in the Bay Area a forum
to support professional development, community involvement,
and cultural awareness. Current
NAAAP events. NAAAP SF is the San Francisco
Bay Area chapter of the National Association of Asian American
Professionals (NAAAP).
- Nisei Ski Club - The
Nisei Ski Club is a non-profit organization founded in the
late 1950's by a group of Japanese American Nisei (second
generation) skiers interested in promoting the sport of skiing,
friendship and fun within the community. The current membership
consists of Japanese Americans (Nisei,Sansei, Yonsei) as well
as other Asians and Non-Asians.
- Bay Area Dragons - The
Bay Area Dragon Boat Foundation promotes the sport of dragon
boat racing. The Foundation provides coaching, steering, and
general support for all local teams. Their team known
as the Bay Area Dragons represents the San Francisco Bay Area
in races as ambassadors in the development of a world class
dragon boat racing program.
